DUKE WRONGLY SECTIONED – what chance does Joe Bloggs have, asks Lady Hamilton

13 10 28 Duke wrongly sectionedHere’s the link to the news story where the Duke of Hamilton was sectioned which hastened his death. His widow therefore tries to get the law changed. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-24683451

And here’s the link to Norman Scarth who has the experience of being incarcerated in a mental hospital. Eventually he fled the country. If he had attended the last court hearing, he would have been carted off, no doubt.

13 10 28 CoverThen there is Maurice J Kirk BVSc who was in Caswell Clinic for 3 months. The Director claimed he has ‘significant brain damage, possibly brain tumour’. Maurice escaped the high security prison by a slither of luck and persistence, but is still fighting for his justice – currently behind bars – without charge or conviction – as some 19 times since 2009.

And then there is the list of ‘vexatious’ litigants who could also have been considered for mental hospitals.

These are just the stories of two of the top ‘victims turned starfighters‘. Who knows how many are out there, just to keep the  people processing institutions going in their unjust, inhumane and certainly not ‘fair’ ways?

“From the cradle to the grave” isn’t working and hasn’t been working. But who cares??? Welcome to filthy Britain!
